This 2006 King Boreas 1000th Hide Geocoin is being released into the wild, free to travel from cache to cache. I actually found it in a cache the other day, and grabbed it while trading trackables. It wasn't until I got home that I realized it was unactivated...how cool is that? So I'm setting it free to see the world, and I hope it gathers many miles, stories, and adventures as it travels - pictures are always welcome, and thanks for keeping it moving!

    Had to give you a peek of my home town (2 mi. from my house). Born and raised here in the Eagle River Valley. Alaska sometimes doesn't get the credit it deserves in the winter with all the cold and darkness. But days like these are an eye opener for sure. Because it is now dark both before and after work, we rely on our days off to catch glimpses of what we're missing out there. Hope Thanksgiving finds you in a happy place. Cheers! Bara 🙂
