It's a metal name tag just like the paper stickers only this one has a tracking code. This is only available for discovery if it's with the owner at an event.

The Geocoin also feature a large, blank, white area for writing your name. Use a black sharpie (not included, sorry!) to permanently display your name in high contrast for easy reading.
Don't worry about the fact that it's thin - the magnetic backing features an iron plate glued to the coin which reinforces the tag and prevents bending. The thickness (or lack thereof) is to ensure it will hang easily and comfortably on your shirt if that is the method you choose to display it.
