Current Goal

Living within 15 miles of the Darlington Speedway it seems appropriate to send out some car TB’s with the mission to go far and go fast.

Goober is one of four bugs released at the Kelleytown Nymph on August 3, 2006 with the aim of seeing which can go the most miles by midnight August 2, 2007. On that date my wife and I will retrieve our pals wherever they may be.

If you are picking these up from Kelleytown please only select one please and leave the rest for other cachers.

If you are from the South the names are easily recognizable.

I have now placed this travel bug in a good sized cache just off of Lake Tahoe. Here are the coordinates:

N 39*00.940
W 119*57.159

This is a verry good cache. If you are a slow walker leave at 3:00 to 3:30ish to cach an amazing sunset. Very kid friendly for 6 and up. Anyone older than 55 and younger than 6 will have a hard time. Once across the road the easiest thing to do is to head to the beach and head right. keep walking and you should come to a large house. Head up now and you should see a smaller house. Pass through them and the cache is around the first rocks you get to. Have a great time cacheing.
