To win the Cousin race!! How far every 12 months?
Please take me far and far, and post pictures when you find Gabby the Dolphin and feel free to add hitchhikers to accompany the journey!!
I need to beat Sophie the Elephant, Jack the Squirrel, and Sam the Frog!!

RE-RELEASED AGAIN AS PROXY #3 ON 5/31/23 AFTER PROXY #2 WENT INACTIVE WITH A GEOCACHER THAT RETRIEVED IT OVER A YEAR AGO. PROXY #2 HAD TRAVELED ABOUT 8,742 MILES AFTER IT WAS ISSUED BEFORE IT WENT INACTIVE AFTER BEING RETRIEVED IN MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY!!
RE-RELEASED AGAIN AS PROXY #2 ON 10/14/20 AFTER PROXY #1 WAS MISPLACED. PROXY #1 HAD TRAVELED ANOTHER 893 MILES AFTER IT WAS ISSUED BEFORE IT WAS MISPLACED AFTER BEING RETRIEVED NEAR SAUSALITO, CALIFORNIA!!
RE-RELEASED AS A PROXY ON 6/26/19 AFTER THE ORIGINAL WAS MISSING FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS. THE ORIGINAL HAD ONLY TRAVELED ABOUT 612 MILES BEFORE IT DISAPPEARED FROM A CACHE NEAR ELOY, ARIZONA!! GOTTA GET BACK INTO THE RACE!!
Gabby the Dolphin was initially set free for Gabby Venezia by PopPop (azdave1) and Grammie (geogrammie), her grandparents, in a cache on the Texas side of Texhoma, who want to see her compete with her Siblings, Sophie the Elephant and Jack the Squirrel, and Cousin, Sam the Frog, for traveling the farthest each year.
She is made of a solid metal and measures approximately 1" x 1.5", so she should fit nicely in small containers. She also has a 3" chain for attaching hitchhikers to join her on her journey!!

Goodbye Gabby the Dolphin Discover Me Tag, It’s time to split you up from your siblings. I randomly picked a sibling without looking and it was you. I’ve dropped you off near beautiful Tower Bridge in London. It’s tourist central here so hopefully someone will be along to help you soon. Good luck! 🏰

Off to Great Portand Street in London for a Christmas event. Last time I was here, my son was getting his shoulder operated on in the children’s hospital and now he lives thousands of kilometres away. It hasn’t even been a year. Blink and they’re gone. 👩👦

Stopped by a cache in the St John’s Wood area of London while visiting a friend. The cache is named after the Beatles’ song but it’s a bit of a stretch to connect this cache to the Abbey Road Studios and the famous road crossing about a kilometre away. Sometimes there are just crappy caches. 🎶

A group outing to King’s Wood in Kent was in store for you today. Left London in the pouring rain and started caching in the pouring rain but the rain cleared after about half an hour - a lot earlier than expected. Found lots of Wherigos including some funny James Bond themed ones. 🤵♂️

A very quick trip into Trafalgar Square for a St Nick’s Day event. My husband’s family are Dutch so we enjoyed Sinterklaasavond yesterday in my household. I was coming from work so barely made it. Each year, Norway gifts the United Kingdom a giant Christmas Tree to thank them for help during World War II. The tree that arrived this year in Trafalgar Square was in a sorry state and had to have tree surgeons weave in new branches. I think Norway is trying to send a message!🎄
