Danke. Please take a photo from your little finger (in Aachen it's called "Klenkes") and the coin. Thanks.
In Aachen the little finger of the right hand is called "Klenkes". In the former needle manufacturing industry the Klenkes has been used for checking and sorting the needles. Now the upraised Klenkes is used by the citizens of Aachen (called "Oecher") to greet each other far away from home. From Austin to Tyler. Glad to have my part in its journey:)
Adding a couple of miles to its journey. Headed to Tyler Tx.
Will move along.
This baby has made the rounds! I'm not taking it very far but I'll get it back on the road very soon. I'd love to take it back to Germany....my favorite place in Europe but I can't do that right now. So, it'll have to go to Austin.
THANKS.
needs to be moved along
