I have not hiked this section of the trail, yet another of the many things on my to do list.
This is sad, because I love the state and this section is only 2 miles long, I could do it in a few hours.

This is a beautiful coin, even in surrogate mode. I remember the day when I actually found the real thing. Thanks for sharing. I discovered it while hiking on the AT with GLM, Snurt, and SueCat.

Found this one in a cache along the A.T. It was in Rick the "Lonewolf's" Letterbox and is as close as you can get to the West VA line without being in it.

We found this on a new bike trail in Lancaster NY. will be moving on its was very soon.

GeoCoin is now within a mile of the southern end of the short WV section of the AT. No caches noted along the WV section of trail. Hopefully a northbound (NOBO) hiker will retrieve it and take it across the Potomac River into MD and leave it in a cache there. That will accomplish the goal of this traveler. -g
