Sidney the Slug is a trackable geocoin with a durable polished gold finish and a basic design to go along with the slug theme similar to the metal slugs used in the old days to fool vending machines in thinking it is a real coin.
But Sidney doesn't want to fool anybody and is ready to crawl around the world to meet new people everywhere.
Sidney was initially set free by Gabby Venezia, in the forest near Prescott, Arizona, who wants to see her slide from cache to cache putting all kinds of games and toys into caches.
She is made of aluminum, measures just under 32mm, so she should fit nicely in 35mm canisters. She also comes with a chain for attaching to your favorite traveler.
