Took TB Safari-Schlumpf, because it was quite visible place. Search for it better place soon.
By the way; the name "Sodankylä" is Finnish "translation" from sami language name "Soadegilli". It means a junction of two rivers or something like that. River Kitinen and river Jeesiönjoki unite just in Pappilanniemi.

Safari-Schlumpf has travelled so far north that he decided to join an arctic safari way beyond the polar circle. Visiting Fiellukordsi water fall was very exciting experience. Now he is heading back south, perhaps to Rovaniemi.
Edit: Not to Rovaniemi but Sodankylä ("A village of war" is the english translation of Sodankylä! Interesting name but Finland is full of this kind of "translated" place names, the etymology of this one is on the log above.)

  • Fiellukordsi Hmm... there should be a waterfall nearby.
  • Cross the river and onwards...
  • Some very delicious fish in that lake
