2109 Home Run Derby: Baseball has been very good to me: i used to go to a lot of games growing up watching both the Toledo Mudhens and the Tidewater Tides. Then after moving here, of course I was a Padres fan. My two favorite baseball memories happened when I was 8 and 9 years old. I remember living in VA and going to a Tides game. I was torn because Toledo was visiting and that was my hometown. I had tshirts for both and wore one on to of the other. I went down to get autographs from the players and made sure I had the appropriate shirt on top. The Mudhens players commented on how good it felt to have the support so far from home. (Which made me feel good and guilty at the same time since I was also rooting for the Tides).
