The mission of the Keychain Stater is to get a keychain from every state attatched to it and someday make its way back home from all of its adventures.
When found and it doesn't have a keychain from the state it is currently in please attatch one and you may take the other keychain from the previous state it was in. Please place in a different cache so it may travel all over the US.
