Asheville, NC

We moved a lot when I was a kid, because my dad was in the Navy. I've lived here longer than I've lived anywhere else, so I've come to consider this my hometown. It is a quirky, artistic, liberal pocket nestled in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.
