We were given 2 of these SkyMed Geo-Travelers at Geocoinfest Las Vegas 2013 for attending their very informative seminar. My interpretation of it is that it's a type of insurance for people who travel in case of injury, illness or even worse. I have known of two people that have used the service and it has been very beneficial in each situation.
That said, let's move these Geo-Travelers! 
I am not setting a goal but when you find one if you happened to be traveling, take a picture with it showing where you are or what site you might be seeing. We can call it a Geo-Travelers diary.
I have also attached a key chain from the French Quarter (aka Bourbon Street) in New Orleans and a dolphin key chain from Tampa Florida.
If you want to, add a key chain or token from where you have been. Just have fun!
