Faris - ein Kater geht auf Reisen

Ich möchte nach Westminster, Colorado (bei Denver, Colorado (USA)) reisen. Ein Teil meiner Familie ist von Deutschland dorthin gezogen und ich würde sie gerne einmal besuchen. Schön wäre es, auf dieser Reise viele tolle Orte zu sehen (gerne mit Foto!). Vielleicht hast du auch eine Geschichte deiner Katze zu erzählen? Ich würde mich freuen.
Als Ziel-Cache habe ich mir Heine's Reach for the Stars (GC2JK33) ausgesucht. Mal sehen, wie lange es dauert von Cache zu Cache vom Rheinland in den Wilden Westen zu reisen!

I want to travel to Westminster, Colorado (near Denver, Colorado (USA)). A part of my family has moved there from Germany and I would like to see them again. It would also be great to get to know a lot of beautiful places on my trip. Actually, I'm not such a good photographer, so maybe you could help me by taking pictures of the places I visited and posting them here afterwards. I'd be happy to hear more cat-stories (including photos)! My goal (cache) is to reach "Heine's Reach for the Stars (GC2JK33)" some day. Let's see how long it takes to travel cache-by-cache from the Rhineland to the Wild West!

Mein Name ist Faris (benannt nach Faris Al-Sultan). Ich bin der liebste und längste Kater der Welt. Hauptberuflich arbeite ich als Space Ranger im heimischen Revier. Das ist eine ganz schön schwierige Aufgabe: Ich versuche, die Welt mäusefrei zu halten, kontrolliere die Wege anderer Katzen und kenne sämtliche Futterstellen bei den Nachbarhäusern. Nach meinem anstrengenden Arbeitstag lege ich viel Wert auf ausgewogene fleischliche Kost und entspanne auf einem meiner Sofas. Auto fahren mag ich nicht so gerne und bei Flugreisen wird mir immer übel, aber für meine Familie mache ich mal eine Ausnahme.
Ich freue mich, die Welt zu entdecken und hoffe mein Ziel bei Denver, Colorado zu erreichen.

My name is Faris (named after Faris Al-Sultan). I am the dearest and longest tomcat in the world. I work full-time as a Space Ranger in my home range. That's a pretty tough task: I'm trying to keep the world mice-free, I control the paths of other cats and know all feeding sites at the neighboring houses. After my busy day at work, I put a lot of emphasis on balanced carnal food and relax on one of my sofas. Driving by car is not my favourite actitivity, as well as traveling by plane. However, for my familiy I make an exception.
I am happy to discover the world and I hope I will reach my goal near Denver, Colorado.
