Christmas Tree Geocoin 2012 Proxy

Sadly now this is a relaunch and a silver Chgristmas tree with  a golden star. The original beautiful coin, is still as special to me though, I am leaving the page as it was when I thought all cachers were honest and kind! Sadly this is not always the case......

I am launching this fantastic new Geo Coin on December 18th 2012.
The mission is quite simple... to travel and see where the Tree will be on this date 2013 and hopefully 2014 etc.....
Please take care of this super little tree and help it on it's way by keeping it moving!
Photos of the adventures would be a wonderful way to follow the coin.

If this geo coin is taken to events, please ensure that it is placed and retrieved. I have had several trackables visit events and just vanish! So... please enjoy.

This is now a relaunch but the original page is left to read. This is still as special to me as the Coin was.The amazing Geocoin WAS in the shape of a beautiful Christmas Tree.
A gift from Badgerbaby and JAGfinder... someone should take BB's laptop away when she cannot sleep!!!
It is a reminder of a trackable tree in 'gold' that I had the pleasure to help on it's journey earlier this year.
The front is green enamelled tree on a silver base. A bright shiny star is atop, above several sways of silver tinsel.
7 translucent  red lights adorn the branches. Many coloured 'wesleybobs' decorate the tree....
What is a wesleybob?..... well being from Bradford we always called Christmas Tree decorations 'wesleybobs'!!!
I guess it came from John Wesley, as there did seem to be a Chapel on every corner I seem to recall.
So, be they 'baubles', 'decs.', or even 'wesleybobs', to view the tree in all it's glory, hold the coin up to the light, fantastic no?

The tree now is a sad copy, sorry. It is a silver outline of a tree with  a golden star attached.
