This item is an exact duplicate of something that was placed into the very first geocache over 20 years ago. That is why I called these items the OSS which is short for the Original Swag Series. Its mission is to travel around to geocaches and attend events where geocachers will discover it and learn about the history of geocaching. 
If you can take it to the location of the First Geocache that would be great.
Dave Ulmer loaded up the first geocache with swag, and with the exception of the can of Blackeyed Peas which was found by Team 360 and turned into a trackable, all of those items have been lost to history. Click this link if you would like to watch a video of him loading the first geocache with swag and when he rediscovered the very first swag item. The O.C.B.© or Original Can of Beans. The first geocache was hidden on 5/4/2000 and had the following items in it:
