About This Item

Florida Danger Proxy

This coin starts in Fort Lauderdale and makes its first visit, along with the owner, to the Tamiami Trail for a walk through the swamp.

For each retrieval and placement, please identify the location of the cache in the log entry..


Having lost so many good coins, this one is traveling as a Proxy. It is accompanied by HOTI, the Zen Patron Saint and protector, hopefully from Muggles and cache robbers. 

The proxy did not last and a second one is now placed in circulation (8 November 2016). Hopefully this one will have more longevity.

Hey. We found your trackable coin yesterday and I hope we tracked it properly. This is the first time we found one like this. We found it outside Highlands Hammock State Park in Sebring in a cache called “Hammock’s Everywhere” and will move it to another location soon. Thanks for a fun adventure!
