Hi, I'm Flipper the penguin. Im a young penguin at only 6 months old, hence my odd coloration. I want to explore the United States, visiting every state. I wish to have a photo taken of me and my temporary owner at each states welcome sign. Please try and poost the photo on my page, but also keep a copy of the photo with me!
