About This Item

GeoFaex Coin

I often find myself calculating in binary code (mostly when I'm writing code for microcontrollers). So this coin will be placed in my 10000000000th (1024 in decimal) cache find.
This is the personal coin of GeoFaex, the front shows his logo and the back depicts Castle Neuenstein.

Picked this interesting coin up at Tarbock Island close to Liverpool, UK. I work in IT and have noticed how computers have changed over the years. When I was at University in 1979-1982 we used card decks - I bet most people in IT nowerdays don't event know what they are! Will move along in the near future - PhilPamandRob

After recovering this coin in Uffington White Horse cache I then held it too long. Sorry 🤭
