I am Adam Ramsey from Troop 1296 and I want "Be Prepared" to get to every state in the U.S. Mainland and back to "SHAC Centennial - Obedient" or "Way to Bovay", the 2 caches on the Bovay access road by Camporee 2015.
This patch is from Camporee 2012 at Bovay,where the Copperhead District has yearly Camporees. Be Prepared is telling you to be ready for anything that may happen.
