Apple wants to travel all over visiting interesting places.
Her kids back home want to watch her journey, and will learn about the places she goes.
Photos of her and the places she sees would be super exciting, as would any stories you might want to share about where you took her if it is a place that is special to you. But even just moving her along, a little at a time is greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much for helping Apple on her journey, and helping our family learn more about the world.
We do some volunteer wildlife rehabilitation work. This year, we lost an injured mockingbird we called Apple. It's always sad when a critter is hurt too bad to pull through. To remember her, we are sending out this mockingbird model that the kiddos made out of clay. She is our first travel bug.
P.S. The kiddos broke off her tail and beak tip playing with her before her relaease, so we know she looks like that. If more breakage happens, we understand. We'd still love photos if you go caching with a camera. Thank you!!
