The German tag had travelled from Berlin to Farnham Common in England in 2013 as a super surprise from my niece. It was called "TB-Deutschland", and I have renamed it, because
Now I am sending it on a new mission:
To collect from each and every cacher
quotations, sayings, proverbs, maxims, mottos, aphorisms
name it what you like
any pithy little outpouring will do
My friend gave me this metal plaque instead of a birthday card in October 2014, and I thought I send it around the globe to collect as many funny, serious or silly sayings as possible. In your own languages, your own mother tongue, if you like. Every time you "retrieve, drop, discover, take to" etcetera, you should put at least a little one-liner down. In other words, I rather dislike all the boring entries without content. And here is one of my favourite sayings:
Life is not about surviving the storm.
It's learning how to dance in the rain.
