This geotag was NOT seen in the "Red Menace" cache in which it is listed. I found this cache today, and completely searched the container: no travelers of any kind. There have been a number of TBs and such dropped off and taken out of this cache since April, so it is very hard to tell who might have picked it up; have to hope that one of the cachers who found this cache has the Geico and just forgot to log it. You might try e-mailing some of those who came by directly after it was dropped off; you might get lucky. I hope that the thing is out there, somewhere. Good luck!
