MARV'S SECOND ADVENTURE!!  (Dec. 2, 2012 to ?????)
I'm winging my way to Las Vegas, with two other trackables. (DEC. 2, 2012) Capedove is going to drop us off somewhere in Vegas and then the race to get back to Michigan starts. Whichever of us trackables gets back first has bragging rights. (Pineapple Duo, Hog Islanders or Capedove) Please take pictures of my journey!!!! and post!!!

If I get back to Marshall, just call our local newspaper office (advisor&chronicle 269-781-5444) for my owner!!! Tell them that Marv has arrived home and they will connect you with my owners.

Hello, I'm Marv... Back home in Michigan I always had fun with my owners great-grandson, Nolyn.  But this year, they decided to take me on vacation with them!! Hurray, I'm in for some fun!!!  They told be that I would be left someplace nice, where the weather is much warmer that my home in Michigan.  Once in my new home I will be waiting for someone to pick me up and take me on a wonderful journey!  Maybe I will even get to see the White House, or even Broadway, or maybe even the Golden Gate Bridge. And then at the end of the journey maybe some nice person will take me back to Michigan.   If I get back to Marshall, just call our local newspaper office (advisor&chronicle 269-781-5444) for my owner!!!  Tell them that Marv has arrived home and they will connect you with my owners.   I CAME HOME IN NOVEMBER 2012....

Hey, It's me, Marav!!!

We found Marv (that's what we named him) in a cache last year (2011) when we visited Myrtle Beach!  The cache has some real nice goodies, but Marv stole our novice geocaching hearts!  So off to Michigan he went.  Now after a year we thought it was time for him to visit the warm south again!  We hope that somehow he will find his way back to Michigan!  He is a big fan of Schuler's Restaurant and would like to take someone to dinner if they bring him home.  He came back home in November 2012 and is on the road again for another adventure.  Hope you enjoy the race back to Michigan......The Hog Islanders are the ones that got us hooked on geocaching and then we hooked Capedove.  We've had lots a great finds and fun this past year.  So we decided to see if we could race each other back to Michigan.

Found Marv in the cache "Having Fun", In Bloomington, Indiana. I mis-read the note thinking Marv wanted to go to Vegas, and we are going there for the holidays. But since it's not, we will try to move it north, a bit closer to home. He's a little damp and musty at the moment, so I'll give him a little TLC before sending him on his way.
