Current Goal

To visit as many caches near water as possible - lakes, ponds, streams, rivers, seas, oceans, etc. If it's a park with a big lake or a fishing stream in it, that's cool too. And if at all possible, I'd love it to make its way to Barnegat Light, New Jersey, and Duck, North Carolina.

Hopkins Travel Bug

This is a Hopkins fishing lure that used to be my father's. I grew up fishing with my dad, mostly salt water surf fishing at Barnegat Light, New Jersey, and on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. This trackable is in his honor, so please help it to visit as many caches near water as possible. And if the cache is a fishing-themed cache, even better. And I'd love it to make its way to Barnegat Light, New Jersey, and Duck, North Carolina. Snap a picture if you can - I'd love to see where it travels. Please keep it moving!
