My wife (and Katy's mom) gave me an English Springer Spaniel when we were first going out almost exactly 20 years ago. I named her Molly. She was the best dog in the world! She was so good and never barked. We found the Molly Dog travel bug two months ago and it brought back memories of our Molly dog we had to give away 10 years ago. She had a lot of the same qualities. She was so good for us and never barked. Molly Dog liked our Jake dog too. They were good friends. We had big plans on bringing Molly dog with us on a big trip and putting her in other caches. We always forgot to bring her with us on the trips. Well we knew we couldn't keep her for ever even though Molly Dog was just as good as my Molly dog that my wife gave us so long ago. So we gave her away (put her in our cache by Easter Lake)yesterday with the hope that she will make it to a good home like our Molly dog did. Thanks for the memories Molly Dog!
We found Molly playing down by the coverd bridge in Easter Lake Park. She came to play Ella and Katy. She is scared of our big dog Jake. We will find her a new home soon. At least she warm tonight since it is kind of cold out.
Brought Molly Dog home to play with my three Beagles, Molly, Maddie, and Max. After they play awhile and have a little snooze and treats, we'll go find a good hiding place for Molly Dog.
Checked in to the hotel this morning for a nap.
