Pluto was born near Daytona Beach's International Airport. He very much likes airports and airplanes and would like to visit as many airports and planes as possible.

About This Item

Pluto

Pluto lives at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He sees airplanes take off and land everyday, and now he decided to travel the world in these machines, visit other planes and airports, maybe play with boys and girls at the terminal while they wait for their flight. He is a happy fellow and loves taking pictures for his album.Treat him nice and he'll be a great travel companion. He keeps quiet during the flight unless you play with him and squeeze his belly. :-)

Picked up Pluto from top of the mountain. Did realized that he "speaks" until half way down, he started talking from my backpack!! That was a little surprise!

Will drop Pluto off quickly.

Found Pluto at I Spy on 11/16/03 and will move it on. Pluto was still in happy spirits even though he was not at the airport but planes could be heard overhead.

  • Reagan National Pluto sits in the window at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. If he tries, he can make out the Washington Monument and the Jefferson Memorial in the distance.
  • The Wright Brothers It seems appropriate that Pluto's first picture of an airplane should be the first airplane. Hmmm, With all that extra weight on the left wing, no wonder the first few flights didn't go well.

We took Pluto from his resting spot on Massanutten Mountain the Shenandoah National Park.  He had a good view of passing airplanes from there, but couldn't see any airports.  I will move him along soon.
