Wij, GeoTwinSisters, brengen de zomer van 2011, samen met de Trompjes door in Normandie (Frankrijk) om met eigen ogen te zien waar ooit de invasie van 6 juni 1944 heeft plaats gevonden. Een nacht waarin heel veel militairen hebben gevochten, zelfs hun leven gaven voor de rechten van heel veel europeanen. Daarom hebben we deze coin aangeschaft een meegenomen naar deze plaats om zijn reis daar te laten starten en andere plaatsen in de wereld aan te doen waar ook aandacht wordt geschonken aan deze heldendaden.
We, GeoTwinSisters, bringing summer of 2011, along with the Trompjes by Normandy (France) to see with our own eyes the place that once the invasion took at June 6, 1944. A night in which many soldiers have fought, even gave their lives for the rights of many Europeans. That's why we bought a coin brought to this place for its journey to start there and elsewhere in the world to where attention is paid to the exploits
