The HQ Lost & Found travel tag was won as a door prize at an event in Spartanburg, SC for the 2nd annual International Geocaching Day (August 18, 2012). I let the tag sit at the event until I finally got an idea of what to use it on, and I started the original tag's journey on New Years Day 2013. The item & tag were taken a month later in the first cache that I placed it in, so I reclaimed the tag's code and am using it on this mini-ducky (set out in December of 2013).
The mini-ducky went missing, so I'm trying for a 3rd time. This time, I attached a duplicate tag to another ducky. This ducky was part of a prize pack I got for being one of the first 3 finders to a geocache placed by Greenville County's Soil & Water Conservation. The evil duck is part of their "Don't Be a Yucky Ducky" slogan.
The Yucky Ducky waddled off, so I'm trying for a 4th time to release this trackable. This time, a duple-tag has been placed on a fuzzy ducky that I bought from the grocery store that I found among a bunch of reduced Eastertime merchandise, hence he's the Easter Ducky.
