This Docomo Dake is my own personal Geocaching tracker. His goal is to log as many caches with me as possible.
Docomodake is a mascot for Docomo, the largest mobile carrier in Japan. His name is a play between Docomo's name and dake. Dake is a way to name a mushroom, so the name can be translated to be Docomo's mushroom (literally of course). The other play on words is that "dake" means "just" or "only". This can imply the use of Docomo's service only.
Docomo's name is tranlasted to be "everywhere". It's fitting that this everywhere mushroom travels everywhere with me to log caches from around the world.
