Current Goal

This Pub Bear likes to visit and be photographed in Pubs with people that like to party! His ultimate goal is to visit pubs in Ireland and and attend Oktoberfest in Germany. Until then he would like to visit as many pubs a possible. Photo's and good stories are a must.

Well after a few months I finally got moved to the UK and was able to drop this wonderful bear off in a beautiful cache after rescuing him from an Island in Denver, Colorado, USA. This cache is a wonderful place in Northern England for him to start his adventures in Pubs, Ireland and the Oktoberfest... Boat Drinks Team Padre

Well Well Well ... After sitting for over 11 months in a cache that was archived, I stumbled across it today and Freed our little buddy the Irish Pub Bear ... I certainly will be keeping him through St. Patty's Day and since he has been in that can for that long, its time he and I threw a few beers back tonight as well. So everyone know he is safe and sound, and back from being Missing In Action for awhile as well. Boat Drinks to all.... Team Padre

I picked this guy up on st Pats had to work so i picked him up a 8 pack of Guinness instead of going out to a pub took him to pints on the 24th

We had a great time the past two weeks with Irish Pub Bear. We took him to the Rock Bottom Brewery for a couple of brewskis, and he also got to ride in the St. Patrick's Day parade in downtown Denver. We had hoped to take him on a tour of the Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado, but time did not allow for it. So we sadly say good-bye as he heads out on a new adventure.

  • Later That Night Pub Bear couldn't seem to stop drinking. If this keeps up his next goal may have to be the Betty Ford Clinic.
  • Trying Some Local Brews Pub Bear knocked down a couple of Fat Tires from Fort Collins, Colorado, and a couple of Coors Light from Golden, Colorado. After finishing those he went back to his Guinness.
  • Getting Ready for the Parade Since I had to work, my caching friend Kroozer and her geodog Kirby took Irish Pub Bear on a float in the Denver St. Patrick's Day Parade (3rd largest St Patrick's Day parade in the nation).

Picked him up near a herd of buffalo in the mountains of Colorado on a beautiful day. I noticed that Pub Bear is from Minnesota. I too am originally from Minnesota (Hopkins, Eden Prairie). Although I'm Swedish, not Irish, I'll try to show Pub Bear a good time.
