This Latvian Geocachers' Geocoin (anniversary coin) wants to see as many countries as possible, but especially it wants to see one town. Bruges. It's town in Belgium. Why Bruges? Because of the movie - "In Bruges". It was one of the best movies, I have seen. And now I want to my coin to travel to this beautiful and legendary place. Please take photos of places where this coin have been. I would be very happy and thankful.
*01.03.2012. In a small competition - which one first will visit Bruges - me or my coin - I won. Visited this beautiful city at the end of October'11. But this city is still goal for my Latvian Geocachers Geocoin. However I am happy to see other beautiful places in world visited by my GC. Keep traveling! ;)
This coin come to me as a suprise gift from one of my best geocaching partners – Helsa , in my one year geocaching anniversary. So this is my first geocoin and I hope it will always remain me the happy day when I started geocaching! About the coin: This is the second Latvian Geocoin. You can see silhouette of Riga on it and coordinates which points to the historical cenre of Riga – St. Peter’s Lutheran Church with golden rooster on this church spire. These coordinates also is not far from school where I had studied three years of my life and school where I first time heard about geocaching!
