Current Goal

Catbert is a rare feline. He likes water. He likes lots of water (though please keep him dry!). Nothing would suit him better than to see the Colorado River from the bottom of the Grand Canyon, San Francisco Bay, Kayak with Orcas near Seattle, and finally the great Atlantic Ocean off of Maine. Can you help me get to these places before I need to head home in time for Christmas with Tiger and Sparks in 2013?

Catbert's replacement as of November 2014

Most importantly, Catbert just loves to ham it up in front of the camera. Not only does Catbert love felines, but canines are some of his best friends. Matter of fact he loves to visit with all animals during his journey. Please snap some shots of him with your favorite pals and share them with the world.


Catbert went into hiding in 2013. A replacement was sent out in search of him in November 2014.

I put CatBert in a cache late last night and am just now getting around to log that. Looks like someone snatched him up before I could log appropriately. I left CatBert at GC10559 "Park Avenue Trasures" in Port Jervis, NY which is right at the Tri-States of NY/NJ/PA. I hope he finds his way home soon.

Found Catbert freezing in a cache under New York snow and ice. Where would you like to go? I can take you northeast to New England or west to Pennsylvania. Let me know!

On a side note, here is a random Catbert factoid: the creator of Dilbert went to college in Oneonta, NY and my mom knew him then, so besides the comics being funny, I've always had that extra interest in the characters, knowing someone who knew someone, you know?
