Hei Matau is the form of a fish hook and symbolises Prosperity, as much of the Maori traditional food was fish. So owning a fish hook meant prosperity. Today it represents Strength, Determination and a safe Journey over water.

12/08/2011...  This Trackable appears to have been missing from Loire a Beaugency for a year. Now I know for sure  I will replace it with a nearly identical one and ask that someone takes it to near where it disappeared from ( Europe, Britain ) so it can take over from its predeccessor. Anywhere out of New Zealand or Australia will be great.(Somebody did. Thanks very much.  :-)
The geocacher who took it to Britain forgot to log it so thanks go to Hecky Thumpers for moving it on.  Thank you. [8D]
