We want to visit all "Euro" countries and it would be fine if we could follow the trail of our travel bug. Would be great if some must-see locations would cross the route of our bug.

Euro can be used in many countries, at least while doing business with small private entrepreneurs.. but I will keep this on euro-zone :-)
