The "66" is a retro Phillips 66 gas/fuel pump that was retrieved from the "Not Far From Cracked" cache by CoolCache in SLC, Utah.
This item was left (by CoolCache) in the cache with a note not on it saying: "Whoever takes this has to make a Travel Bug out of it".
