Go-Go-Frog would like to hop about and visit a lot of caches in many states, meet Geocachers and meet some other travel bugs.

About This Item

Go-Go-Frog ready to go

I found Frog in the Danny and Arnold cache deep in the woods in Eagle Creek Nature Preserve on the west edge of Indianapolis. He came crawling out of the cache container complaining about being shut up in there. I decided I would help him become a Travel Bug so he can see a bit more of the world.

Retrieve It from a Cache 9/1/2003 The Wild Asperagus Bunch retrieved it from Meadow Lane Nebraska   Visit Log

Go-Go was excited to be going back into circulation, after being quaranteened with the Asperagus bunch who had a severe case of chiggers. (Moral of the story, it isn''''t only misquitos that can hamper geocachers, so use insect repellent while on the hunt.) Well, he had gained so much weight while out of circulation, that he didn''''t fit in the container. He was happy to return home with us - well sort of, we had to bring along the tiny frog from the cache. We''''ll try to spring him again soon.

Retrieve It from a Cache 8/9/2003 The Wild Asperagus Bunch retrieved it from L&C Mouth of the Platte Nebraska   Visit Log

What a pleasant surprise to see such a cutie peeking out from the box. He was excited to find out that two of the sprouts were native Hoosiers and that one actually had used the nature preserve for jogging. After meeting the I'll be back travel bug, he complained that the other bug was ugly. We'll work on his attitude and then send him on to further adventures.
