Tough to say where this GC wants to go. I think the place this trackables mission is to get somewhere near the tomb of the unknown solider in Arlington, Texas.
Received this one to have one of my own, but hag no experience on activating trackables. However it's changed, and now is activated and ready to be discovered and found.
I am going to move this to Johns cache in Kansas. (Gc1J5BA). It is named after my step father who was a much decorated hero. It will be in my hands until we go home. If you want me to drop it off here instead, let me know.
