In order to log "Still Seeking Garfunkel" puzzle cache, you must first log me. You don't actually have to have me in your posession at the time you find the cache, just sometime before as proof that a previous bug-logger didn't just pass the coords on to you. This keeps it fair. In fact, when you get me, write down my coords and put me back in a cache around the South Hills of Pittsburgh that day or the next. Otherwise, just copy my TB# and coords and leave me in the cache (don't forget to log me back into it).  SPECIAL THANKS TO CUDDY CACHE CREW FOR RESURECTING ME AND MAKING ME OVER FOR A NEW CACHE!!!

The reason it needs a facelift is because the sharpie marker keeps rubbing off of the plastic. Any of you with kids know how unlikely a phenomenon like this is.

I'm giving this bug a facelift and a mission card so hopefully it will be out and about more rather than in people's cache bags and out of area caches. The cache isn't disabled because it can still be found by those that have the coords, but haven't ventured to the cache yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.
