Current Goal

This "bug" was released with three others on Sept-1, 2005 near Brooklyn, MI. They are in a race to reach a cache near our winter home of Sun City, AZ - AND then return to Michigan in a cache near our summer home (try "Who is Barbara" GCJKCA) by Sept-30, 2007.

Bubba's Woody has ALREADY reached our winter home and has made his way BACK to Michigan. Bubba was the SECOND bug to finish the race. A new mission will be established when the other bugs finish the race. Other than that he can tool around the countryside hoping to get lots of pictures with real VW bugs (such as mine!)

Bubba's Woody is one of four VW New Beetles in a race back to Michigan. The other "bugs" are Alex's Spiderman, Coley's Bakery Delivery, and Randi's Bonzai.

Well, Bubba's Woody was the SECOND "bug" to reach our AZ winter home and the SECOND one to make it back to MI. I will be re-doing his page & sending him on another mission. CONGRATS BUBBA!!!

It looks like Bubba's Woody will come in second in the race as soon as GeoBana returns home to grab him! Until then, we may let him drive around the area and meet some of the local cachers.

Planned on grabbing this TB from one of my caches (Birth of a Creek) back in July but it was gone by the time I got there. Too bad, as I could get it real close to Brooklyn, MI. Well, last week my brother and nephew picked it up from a local cache so I had to grab it from them to help it out. Will be dropping it off near Ann Arbor this very soon.
