The 49ers travel bug is a high school project. It is on a race across America, competing against other Fairfield High School classes. It's mission is to visit 3 locations in the USA, have as much fun as possible and then return to its final destination to a cashe in Fairfield California. The 3 locations the students have choosen are: 1. Carson City, Nevada 2. Washington DC 3. New York and then return to Fairfield California.
It is a travel bug that is attached to a small gold trophy that has the words 49ers written across the front.
