The 2008 Australian Emu Geocoin

This is the brand new gold 2008 Australian Emu Coin. On the front it has a map of Australia with a compass rose on it. On the back there is an emu with its eggs and the iconic Southern Cross. Some of the special features of this coin are that the stars actually glow in the dark and the engraving contains green enamel. When I ordered the coin I was able to get my cacher name, Crane2, engraved on the coin as an added bonus!

My intent was to drop you into the Mt Kinabalu earthcache for a visit (a 5/5 cache), but I didn't realise that you can not drop travellers in earthcahes. The next best option is to drop in for a visit at another cache in Sabah on Borneo.
