This travel bug would like to visit places connected to the Great War to commemorate those who lost their lives more than 90 years ago.
The First World War ended 90 years ago on 11.11.1918 leaving 20 million people dead - soldiers and civilians - and more than 20 million people wounded.Even today the war is present in memorials and in the scarred areas where fighting took place all over Europe.By sending this travel bug on it's journey we would like to commemorate people who suffered during the war and beyond.
