Kuten tunnettua, silloin kun Ruotsi vielä oli osa Suomea, Kustaa II Adolfin suomalaiset Hakkapeliitat vaelsivat pitkin Eurooppaa. Heidän tunnettu sotahuutonsa oli "Hakkaa Päälle!". Nuorpoikajaosto päätti suunnata vuoden 2010 georetkensä samoille seuduille kunnioittaakseen kelpo Hakkapeliittojen perinteitä. Tämä kolikko puolestaan laskettiin liikkeelle kyseisen georetken muistoksi.

As known, back on those days when Sweden still was part of Finland, the Finnish Hakkapeliittas of King Gustaf II Adolf wandered along Europe. Their well known War Cry was "Hakkaa Päälle!". Nuorpoikajaosto decided to aim their 2010 Geotour into the same area to honour the traditions of those marvellous Hakkapeliittas. This coin was issued to remember the Geotour.
