Lovely Lady

Had the spider already. I had intended it to be part of a cache, but never got around to it. Then, one day, I found this doll head lying on the ground while going after a cache. I brought it home with me, and decided that the head and the spider were a perfect match! I have not modified the head one bit, except for attaching it to the spider. Pretty ugly, ain't she?

What a bizarre travel bug. I can safely say that I have never seen anything like this.

One of her appendages poked a hole in the bag. So I'll donate a new plastic bag to the cause, and get her back out on the hunt.

We drove to Mankato today for the Minnesota Quilt Shop Hop and to visit Minneopa State Park for the Wildlife Safari Geocache. This travel bug is not into making quilts so asked to be dropped off somewhere she could spin another web. Goth Spider Woman will find a new home soon.
