British Columbia is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west, by the U.S. state of Alaska on the northwest, and to the north by the Yukon and the Northwest Territories, on the east by the province of Alberta, and on the south by the U.S. states of Washington, Idaho, and Montana. The current southern border of British Columbia was established by the 1846 Oregon Treaty, although its history is tied with lands as far south as the California border. British Columbia's land area is 944,735 square kilometres (364,764 square miles) which is about the size of France, Germany and the Netherlands combined. It is larger than the total area of Washington, Oregon and California. British Columbia's rugged coastline stretches for more than 27,000 kilometres (17,000 mi), and includes deep, mountainous fjords and about 6,000 islands, most of which are uninhabited.

Got it. I'm not sure where the heck this thing has been, but obviously, it hasn't been well taken care of. (Not logged since 2008????) It's strayed a little off course, and is now in Kansas City. I'm grabbing it first, and will "visit" the cache I grabbed it from. I will then move it along it's way, unless the owner has other instructions. I too have lost many coins out there, and want to make sure this thing keeps going! Thanks for sharing, Buzz, it's moving along. I can't get it back to British Columbia, but I can move it! TFTCoin.

Found coin in Mercer Lions geocache (GC18Z0M) in Missouri, USA. Appears to be way off course and will drop it in Kansas City area to help it find it's way home.

Retrieved this coin from a great spot in Lawrence, Kansas on the first outing with my grandkids where I was introducing them to the fun of geocaching. They thought this was fun to track this coin and are excited to see it move on. This is a great coin and hope to place it farther north soon as it makes its way back to British Columbia. Thanks.
