Today I had an emergency 'gotta drop this travel bug' hunt. I've had poor Kermit TB for nearly 6 months. I tried to place him in both Mexico (cache was too small) and Jamaica (no caches near where we were), then cache plans were thwarted several times by hurricanes, and then cache plans with pigpen123 (who moved to Indiana), imapedirn (schedule conflicts), VideoGirl (too busy with theatre and BabyBug), ForensicChick (taking too many classes), and newbie ScubaCat (family was in town) never materialized and/or got cancelled at the last minute. I thought for awhile I was going to have this poor TB until I died!! So, before the holiday season added another month to his stasis time on my shelf, I quickly headed over to the easiest non-micro cache near my home. I traded travel bug Kermit for travel bug GeoTrekker. I promise I will not hold onto GeoTrekker for so long!!
