Created by the master leather workers in Ecuador, "Gallop"agos would like to ride from cache to cache around the world.
In very old Spanish “Galapagos” means “saddle” and the islands were called Galapagos because of the tortoises “saddle” shape carapace. The saddleback tortoises inhabit the drier islands and feed on the prickly pear cactus. Their long legs and the saddle shape of their shell allows them to stretch for food up to five feet off the ground. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SHOW THE TAG NUMBER IN A PHOTO, OR USE THAT NUMBER IN YOUR WRITTEN LOGS FOR THIS (OR ANY) TRAVEL BUG!!!

Got this one back from the event and will drop soon.
Nice leather saddle TB. Cute name. Will get it moving soon.
Sorry it took so long to drop off, but once it got close to our trip to TX, we figured it was worth the wait to get it that far.

Should be on its way shortly.
Icy trail and icy driveway to parking lot, but gallap-agos was dry as a bug. Replaced the ziploc bag which had a few holes.
I've actually been to the Galapagos
