The coin depicts an ancient mythological item from the Danish Broze Age where the Nordic Gods (Odin and Thor) were ruling the World. Solvognen (The Sun Wagon) shows a horse-like animal carrying the Sun and it is said that this was the way the Sun travelled across the sky during a day. Solvognen is at display at the Danish National Museum in Copenhagen as one of the finest artifacts. Take good care of it - we release it during a trip to Australia and would like it to travel across the planet before returning home to Denmark. Happy Geocaching.
