After dropping a coin in every county in Michigan, we decided to drop one in every state. This is number 50! Mission acomplished! We would like it if this coin could stay here in Hawaii and travel from island to island. If you could post a picture at each stop it would be appreciated. Thanks
To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, we designed this coin. Our coin is Maize and Blue in recognition of our love and loyalty to our alma mater, the University of Michigan. The reverse side shows a stick figure of a teacher in recognition of the 30+ years we each spent in the classroom. On the chalk board are representations of our three children, Laurie, Tom, and Jana, all of whom are also U of M alumni.
