To find Phytokarst places, and have it's photograph taken there. Otherwise, this TB is happy meeting fellow geocachers, and traveling to many places.
This is a keychain travel-bug that the Boot Group parents acquired in a place (we will spell it to make it family friendly) called H -E -double hockey sticks, on the Island of Grand Cayman.
In the early 1930's a Commissioner from England, Commissioner Cardinall visited the Island of Grand Caymen. While out hunting, he found a place amongst large pointy rocks. He missed and said "OH H-E-double hockey sticks". From that date on, this place in Grand Cayman is known as H-E-double hockey sticks.
The large pointy rocks are called phytokarst, which are limesotone and dolomite that has undergone extreme erosion due to activites of small tropical organisms. Limestone forms due to the accumulation and consolidation of limey muds, calcium carbonate rich sands, and shell fragments. This usually occurs on the ocean floor.
The Boot Group parents missed the virtual cache at this site, so hopefully you will not if you visit H-E-double hockey sticks. In the meantime, keep this bug moving!
